The goal of MTPT is recovery from or a significant reduction in pain and postural dysfunction. This is achieved through systematic and comprehensive use of a variety of soft tissue manipulation techniques. Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy draws from the techniques of a variety of health and wellness disciplines. Most patients see excellent results-- restored
mobility, function, and reduced pain. Patients with acute injuries due to
accidents, sports or repetitive motion see dramatic results and a quick
return to their normal activities. Patients are referred from health
care professionals across many disciplines: Chiropractors, Physical
Therapists, Physiatrists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Psychiatrists,
Rheumatologists, and others. |
